SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship orders within 5-7 business days (M-F) of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience! Holiday and sale events may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes. Limited staff due to COVID-19 can also delay this process. We appreciate your patience!

Orders shipped on Fridays after 12PM MST will be picked up at our warehouse by USPS the following Monday. Your tracking information will update then.

Orders containing a preorder will ship as soon as the preorder is available.
Due to COVID-19 & limited transportation, USPS has been having delays with First Class & Priority Mail packages that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience while your order is in transit to you!
Chicatte is not responsible for incorrect addresses given at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. We will do our best to change it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes.
Chicatte reserves the right to refund any items that end up being out of stock and ship the remaining part of the order.

Express Orders:

Express shipping is not a guaranteed delivery at a certain date due to delays with USPS that are out of our control. We will ship ASAP & then it is up to USPS! Usually arrives 1-2 days after it has been shipped. If an order is placed with express shipping during Holiday hours when we are closed, they will be shipped the first day we reopen. If orders are placed with express shipping on Friday after 11am MST, they will be shipped Monday of the following week. Express shipping is currently not available for international orders.

International Orders:

International arrival times vary right now due to COVID-19 delays and border closures. We ship within 5-7 business days (M-F) and then it is up to USPS! Chicatte does not collect duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential fees unpaid. Customers will be responsible for all duties, customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office to find out more regarding your country’s custom fees.

Lost Or Stolen Packages:

Chicatte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages to a package during transit once an order has been shipped. Please contact your local post office if your package is missing or damaged and they will help you locate it or file a claim.

Received A Damaged Item:

If you received a damaged product upon arrival, Chicatte must be notified via email with photos within 2 business days of arrival. After 2 business days, Chicatte can no longer be responsible. Once confirmed as a received damage, Chicatte will issue a return label and arrange a replacement.

Received An Incorrect Item:

We are not perfect, and rarely make mistakes in processing orders, but if you receive an incorrect item, Chicatte will take any means necessary to make sure you are taken care of quickly! Please notify Chicatte via email with photos within 2 business days of arrival. Once confirmed that you received the wrong item, Chicatte will issue a return label for the item and arrange the proper item to be shipped.

Price Adjustments for Sales:

Chicatte does not offer price adjustments. We will not be able to add a promotion to an order if it is not used at checkout. New promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Cancel Orders:

Chicatte ships hundreds of orders per day and does not have the capability to stop and cancel an order once it placed. This causes bottle necks in our shipping process and errors occur. Once the order is placed, it can not be cancelled. No exceptions. So please make sure your item(s), size & style is what you ordered.
